We were on our way to Idaho when we had a little issue with an axle...we were in Flagstaff when we figured it out. Instead of limping back to Phoenix we tried Munds Park RV Resort...hoping they might have an opening over the holiday weekend. We we decided to stay 10 days and Candace and Shannon worked very hard at finding us a great open spot big enough for our rig...complete with trees and a open view of the forrest. We have lots of friends up here, a couple of them live in the park...thank you so much for the hospitality and great customer service!

I left after 2 days and ate the 5 more days as a total loss. The sites had tree cover but are on a very loud busy highway with airbrakes and trucks. The sites are on top of each other and positioned so you face within 3 feet of your neighbor. It is a total personal space nightmare. The staff are super nice there is a store and park like setting to sit, kind of. I don't know who would like this but certainly not me. I vacated early. Loud, squeezed and expensive.

Stopped in for propane, and Alex filled my tank. My tank is awkward and his setup wouldn't fit. He went out of his way to figure out how to make it work (with all safety measures still in place), and i left with a full tank. Thanks, Alex! The staff at the shop were also lovely and kind, the grounds and cabins are gorgeous. Definitely a place I'd go on vacation.

Stayed for a week in Phase 4 no trees but still nice big area for Motorhome and trailer for side by side. Lots of fun has pool and activities. Want to stay for a month will be checking on monthly pricing.

wow! whata great place. We are so excited to come back. we have decided this might be our goto "basecamp" for when we want to visit Flagstaff, Sedona, and even the grand canyon! We stayed a few night with our airstream. The showers and bathrooms were clean and convenient. The rec hall and bar was alot of fun for both the adults and the kids. The swimming pool was nice. The grounds were clean and loved all the trees and shade that it provided. The employees at the general store were so friendly! well done. so excited that we found this place.

Pretty disappointing. After driving by for years, we booked here. They put us out in phase 4- which lacks any trees, shade or grass. It’s like parking in a huge gravel lot. We decided to stay only one day and move on. The pool was tiny and crowded, the bathrooms are a long walk away from phase 4 and it is hotter than Hades in an RV in the gravel lot. The new phase is lacking any interest at all. In addition the bathrooms were not very clean. Luxury RV is a stretch. If you are looking for lux, them go to Camp Verde. More to do in that area too. Oh, for some reason these sites are listed at $50 online but we were charged $77.

This is an excellent park focused more on cabins and long term RVs than one or two nights (us). Well equipped for the target customer. We may return for a longer stay. Note the newest RV area is all gravel, no trees.

We just stayed at this RV resort and had a wonderful time. RV site were very clean and well maintained but very close together. We were pretty much in the street when we were sitting outside in our camp chairs with the kiddos. Can’t speak as to the amenities as everything was still closed for the season which was totally fine. The grandbabies loved the park and riding their bikes around the property. It is a very quiet property, at least this time of year. Quick drive to some nice hikes. The best part about this resort is their staff though, they are all so sweet and attentive. They were so kind and chatty with my grandbabies and I loved that small town hospitality feel they provided. I’d stay here again just because of their staff alone!

We had a great experience at Munds Park Rv Resort. We stayed in the phase 4- new sites. There are no trees over in that section yet. But we still found them to be great sites with full hook ups. They have a lot of amenities available to guests that we are excited to try out this summer. Shout out to Shannon and Candace in the general store. They were very pleasant to work with for booking and all our needs while on site. We look forward to coming back.

We found Munds Park Rv and reserved a spot for 3 days. We loved it so much, we extended our stay to a week. Shannon and Sue in the registration office were amazing. Sites are nice, laundry and restrooms very clean. We would definitely recommend this park and hope to come back.

Have ever been to that special RV park where all the tension and worries melt away? Not just a really great park but someplace magical. Some place where you leave behind all the chaos, pain, disappointment and sadness.We've only been RVing for 2 years with a 27' TT Winnie Mini and for me it was to find nirvana. We found it, the park,s and it's only about 1 1/2 hours from home. The parks name is Munds Park RV Park in the town of Munds Parks AZ. Any of the sites 30-37 are great. Thirty seven is a bit smaller. Sitting next to us is a 40' 5th wheel with plenty of room. I don't know if this place will be magical for anyone else but it is for me and this gives me hope. The pictures were taken in October 2023 and now April 2024.

This is a nice place to stay in the new RV section. Office help at check-in were great. The rock streets need more time to settle as it was hard on our dogs feet. Also the RV spaces need more compacting as our jacks sunk in at the back of the lot. Could use another dog park closer to the entrance. Look forward to staying again in the future.

We camped here in April 2024 in a 40' RV towing 4dr Jeep.. The staff was very friendly. It's further from Sedona than I thought, no direct access, 40 minutes away. The Resort seemed more focused on long term mini homes on sites it looked like. 5 mini homes and some permanent RVs spots for every one short term RV spot. That kinda bothered me a little. From a business perspective it makes sense for year round revenue. They were doing a lot of work there regrading the gravel around the sites. The amenities were good, gym, laundry, play ground area all well kept. Internet and wi-fi worked well. We didn't use the showers or bathrooms so I cant give a review. They are also setting up long term RV / trailer storage spaces near the dog park. They are working hard on maintaining everything for such a large place. They are expanding the mini home areas. Very muddy to get to the dog parks. There is a trail to the national forest. You can access from the park through a gate. But its being cleared of trees (disease I think) and very muddy as well. It's right off Hwy 17, a Gas station is near, easy access for larger rigs. Agees BBQ near by was only open 4 days and ran out of BBQ every day before we made it back to the site.

Showers did not have hot water. Washers did not work, but staff was outstanding in working with us. Bathrooms were very clean. I just would have liked a hot shower.

We stayed in the new gravel lots of the park which, at the time (4/1/2024) were snow covered and muddy. The gravel was painful for my dog to walk on. The dog park was muddy. Would be nice if they added about four or five inches of mulch in the dog park. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are so thankful to have found Munds RV Resort while passing through this area. Their property here is well maintained, safe, and even quiet! The Team at the front desk was helpful and welcoming while booking our reservation. Upon arrival, Alisha guided us to our site. She was so smiley and sweet. Candace, Sue, & Shannon in the office were very friendly! They helped us with anything we needed and made us feel at home 🙂 The General Store on the property has the best variety of items sold we’ve seen in an RV park/resort store. They have a laundromat on site and it was the cleanest laundromat I’ve EVER used! I’m very skeptical about washing my clothes in these kinds of places however I did not hesitate to use their machines. It smelled good in there too and there was a bathroom inside which was convenient while I was doing our laundry. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sedona/Flagstaff again!

Love this place. It’s so beautiful and well kept. The staff really take pride in the park. Jake was very knowledgeable with any questions we asked. He was very friendly and made our stay the best. Definitely recommend!!
