The park report card
We don’t recycle other sites’ reviews, but the published scores tell a clear story: RVers love the friendly owners, the clean, quiet grounds and the walk to the beach, and the gripes are no shade, close-set sites and road noise from TX-87.

Before you book
Plan your stay
Everything that decides whether Lazy Pelican fits your rig, your dates and your budget, in one place.
Our take: a friendly, owner-run base for beach days and winter stays: level concrete pads, fast Wi-Fi, a palapa and fire-pit pergola for happy hour, and the sand a few minutes’ walk away without crossing the highway. There’s no shade, the sites sit close together and booking is by phone, so it suits RVers who want a small, social park more than resort amenities.
