Helpful answers

RV owners club questions, answered

What readers ask us most about brand clubs.

An RV owners club is a group built around one RV brand. Members share repair tips, meet at rallies and chapter campouts, and often get discounts. Some are run by the manufacturer, like FROG, GoLife and the Tiffin Allegro Club; others are run by owners, like the Montana Owners Club and FMA.

Usually, yes. Most brand clubs are for current owners. The exceptions: Lance Owners of America is open to anyone, and Bigfoot Owners Club International offers a free 90-day trial to serious shoppers.

Five clubs on this page are free to join: Forest River Owners Group, Coachmen Owners Association, Heartland Owners Club, Montana Owners Club and the Winnebago GoLife Community. Grand Design, Alliance and Escape owners have rallies with no membership dues; you pay per event.

From nothing to about $200 a year. Fleetwood’s FMA is $20, Bigfoot and Cedar Creek are $25, Holiday Rambler is $50, Tiffin is $49 or $199, and Airstream starts at $99. Newmar costs $35 to $65 to join, then $45 a year, and Lance offers a $35 lifetime membership.

Winnebago dissolved the Winnebago-Itasca Travelers (WIT) club in July 2023 and replaced it with GoLife. Every Winnebago owner is part of the free GoLife Community, and GoLife Perks adds partner discounts for $39.95 a year.

We couldn’t confirm an active, official Jayco owners club when we checked on October 3, 2026, so it isn’t on this list. Jayco owners can join general clubs like the Family RV Association or Escapees, which welcome every RV brand.

Start with a general RV club that welcomes every brand. The Family RV Association ($99 a year) and Escapees ($49.95 a year) both have chapters and rallies nationwide. Compare them in our guide to the best RV clubs.

How we made this list

We started from the 11 clubs on our 2024 list and rechecked every one on its official club or manufacturer website on October 3, 2026. We updated names and dues (Airstream, Winnebago, Tiffin), dropped details we couldn’t confirm, and added eight more clubs: Newmar Kountry Klub, Holiday Rambler RV Club, Coachmen Owners Association, Montana Owners Club, Prevost Motorcoach Club, Marathon Coach Club, Lance Owners of America and the Escape owner community. No club paid to be included. Dues, events and rules change often, so confirm details with each club before you join.
