Why go

Why the winery belongs on your Jackson trip

Jackson Hole Winery was founded in 2009 and makes its wine in the valley at 6,229 feet. The winery says it has spent years working out how high altitude, with less oxygen and cooler temperatures, changes winemaking.

Until 2025, visitors tasted at the family’s barn in South Park. After a Wyoming Supreme Court ruling that year ended tastings there, the winery moved them to town; its room is now upstairs at 50 East Broadway on Town Square.

Being downtown makes it an easy add-on to a day at the square. It’s open daily from noon to 7 pm, and walk-ins are welcome.

For RVers

Visiting the winery with an RV

The practical stuff we wished someone had told us before we pulled in.

Bring the tow car

The tasting room is upstairs on Town Square, and there’s no RV parking downtown. Use the free 3-hour street and lot parking with the car.

Big rigs: Home Ranch lot

If you must bring the RV into town, the Home Ranch lot at Cache and Gill has oversize stalls for RVs and trailer rigs, with a 3-hour limit.

Mind the stairs

Recent reviews describe the room as upstairs; if stairs are a problem, call (307) 201-1057 to ask about access before you go.

Designate a driver

Pick your driver before the tasting. The RV parks we list are 15 to 20 minutes away, and winter roads can be slick.
