Kofa Mountain is a small 55+ park with 67 full-hookup sites on Central Boulevard (US-95), a short walk from Main Street, the shows and the swap meets. Winter brings BBQs, pool and poker nights, bocce and cornhole, and many guests stay by the month. The trade-offs are gravel sites, limited pull-thrus and road noise from US-95.

Best for

  • Snowbirds 55 and over who want an affordable monthly site within walking distance of the January shows.
  • Budget travelers: $37 a night, or $375 a month outside winter, is among the lowest posted rates in town.
  • Social campers: the clubhouse hosts monthly BBQs and pool and poker nights, and there’s bocce and cornhole.
  • Small-dog owners: pets up to 20 lb can stay up front, and larger dogs have their own back section.

Consider this

  • The park lists itself as 55-plus; confirm the age rule for everyone in your group.
  • It’s cash or check only; the park doesn’t take credit cards.
  • Pull-thrus are limited, and RVers report rigs up to about 32 ft, so call ahead with your length.
  • RVers mention noise from US-95, and the park warns that coyotes roam nearby after dark.
