Canyon RV Park fills the developed corner of Featherly Regional Park, county land along the Santa Ana River. St. Clair Property Management, a family business, has run it under a county lease since 1993, and it feels more like a state park than a city RV lot.

Best for

  • RVers who want grass, shade and space rather than a paved lot near Disneyland.
  • Big rigs: full hookups and room for rigs up to 45 ft with slide-outs on both sides.
  • Cyclists and walkers: the Santa Ana River Trail runs right past the park.
  • Families: a pool, playground, pickleball, a ropes course and movie nights in the amphitheater.

Consider this

  • SR-91 runs alongside the park, and RVers rate noise lowest on Campendium.
  • It’s about 25 minutes to Disneyland, farther than the Harbor Blvd parks.
  • Booking is by phone only, and pit bulls, rottweilers and their mixes aren’t allowed.
  • Nightly rates are now $90, up from the roughly $73 RVers reported in mid-2025.

Good to know before you pull in

Five things that change your booking

Ask these on the phone before you reserve.

  • Can I get a site away from the freeway? Ask for a site deeper in the park if road noise bothers you.
  • Is there a monthly rate? Monthly pricing is by phone only.
  • What if my plans change? Cancel 7+ days out for a full refund; inside 7 days you pay the first night.
  • Will my site have 50 amps? The park’s pages differ on 30/50 vs 50 amp; confirm what your rig needs.
  • Is my dog allowed? Up to two pets at $1 a day; pit bulls, rottweilers and their mixes aren’t.
