Plan your stay

Everything that decides whether Orangeland fits your rig, your dates and your budget, in one place.

Our take: one of the best-rated RV parks in Orange County, with tidy landscaped sites, a heated pool and spa, mini golf and an easy drive to Disneyland. It costs more than the Harbor Blvd parks, has no monthly stays, and the land is being sold for condos, so confirm your dates are before the expected 2027 closing.

Orangeland has been a family-run RV park in Orange since 1972, with 195 paved sites set among landscaping and orange trees. It’s a popular base for Disneyland, Angel Stadium and the beaches. In July 2026 ABC7 reported that the land is being sold for condominiums and that residents expect the park to close in about a year.

Best for

  • Disneyland trips with a resort feel: the gates are about 10 minutes away by car or rideshare.
  • Big rigs: Premium and Deluxe sites are wide pull-thrus, and every site has 20/30/50-amp power.
  • Families: a heated pool and spa, mini golf, a covered playground and a clubroom with a kitchen.
  • Dog owners: two dog areas and a dog wash, at $5 a day per dog.

Consider this

  • The land is being sold for condos, and the park is expected to close around 2027; confirm your dates when you book.
  • It’s one of the pricier parks in the area, and there are no monthly stays (extended stays max out at 25 weeks).
  • Breed limits: no pit bulls, rottweilers, Staffordshire terriers, Dobermans, mastiffs, chows or wolf mixes.
  • RVs must be self-contained and factory-built; RVs 10 years or older need photos approved first.
