What guests say
The park report card
We don’t recycle other sites’ reviews, but the published scores are worth reading together: guests love the riverfront sites, birdlife and clean grounds, while freeway noise, weak Wi-Fi and a firm no-refund policy come up most often.

Our take: a spacious, well-kept riverside park with roomy pull-thrus, river-view sites, a pool and a boat ramp, and RV LIFE’s 2025 Best of the Best badge. You’ll hear I-5, the Wi-Fi is weak and there are no refunds, but it’s one of the nicest settings in Redding.
