What guests say
The resort report card
We don’t recycle other sites’ reviews, but the published scores are worth reading together: guests praise the spotless restrooms, the level concrete pads, the heated pool and the easy in-and-out off AZ-95, while tight spacing, little shade, some highway noise and a few unhappy run-ins at the office pull some scores down.

Havasu Falls is a mid-size, 129-site park built for RVs rather than tents, with snowbirds in winter and boaters in summer. RVers rate it highly for cleanliness and easy access off AZ-95; the trade-offs are tight sites, little shade and a 10-minute drive to the lake.
Best for
- Snowbirds who like a social park: potlucks, exercise classes, crafts and a dance floor in the rec hall.
- Big rigs: level concrete pads and pull-thrus, and RVers report fitting 40 ft fifth wheels and Class As.
- Boaters: a summer special covers two sites for your RV and boat, and there’s storage on site.
- Travelers between I-40 and the lake: it’s 17 minutes from Exit 9 and easy in and out.
Consider this
- Sites are close together, and one RVer with a 38 ft motorhome had to unhook the tow car on a pull-thru.
- There’s little shade or grass, and front sites hear AZ-95; RVers suggest asking for a spot toward the back by the pool.
- Two dogs max, and Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds and other aggressive breeds aren’t allowed.
- There’s no online booking: call or email, and nightly or weekly bookings carry a $25 non-refundable fee.

Good to know before you pull in
Five things that change your booking
Ask these on the phone before you reserve.
- Will my rig fit a pull-thru? Most sites are pull-thrus, but one RVer with a 38 ft motorhome had to unhook the tow car. Give the office your total length.
- Can I get a site toward the back? RVers say sites near the pool and away from AZ-95 are quieter.
- Is my dog allowed? The limit is two dogs, and several breeds are excluded. If you travel with a large or mixed-breed dog, ask before you book.
- What’s this season’s rate? The posted tables end April 30, 2026, and the site also lists a $800-a-month fall special. Ask for current pricing and what’s included.
- Coming in summer? July highs average about 109°. Ask about the boater special and how electric is billed on monthly stays.
