Start with a flight

Big Blue Van is the beer Arizona State Parks names first among College Street’s award-winning brews. In March 2026 the brewery, Flagstaff’s Historic Brewing Company and Arizona State Parks launched Windsor Beach Blonde, a light blonde ale, and 10% of its sales support the parks. Reviewers recommend a flight to sample the lineup.

RV tip: it is about 4 minutes from Havasu Falls RV Resort and Campbell Cove, so it makes an easy designated-driver night out, or a quick pickup of six-packs for camp.

Why go

A big Arizona brewery with a neighborhood pub

College Street expanded its production brewery in 2023 to 30,000 barrels a year, which made it one of the five largest breweries in Arizona, according to Arizona State Parks. The pub sits on College Drive on the north side of town.

Google rates it 4.6 from more than 800 reviews, and Tripadvisor ranks it #7 of 151 restaurants in Lake Havasu City. Reviewers mention the beers, pizza, salads and a lake view, plus attentive service and big portions.

For RVers it is one of the closest pubs to the north-side parks, about 4 minutes from Havasu Falls RV Resort and Campbell Cove RV Resort and 6 minutes from Lake Havasu State Park.

For RVers

Taking the rig to College Street

The practical stuff we wished someone had told us before we pulled in.

Use the on-site lot

Tripadvisor lists parking at 1940 College Dr. No RV or trailer rules are posted, so drive in with the tow vehicle.

Pick a designated driver

It is a short drive back to the north-side parks, but it is still a drive. Reviewers note nonalcoholic beers on the menu.

Take some home

Windsor Beach Blonde is sold in six-packs of 12-ounce cans across Arizona, so you can stock the RV fridge on the way back.

Leave the dog at camp

We found no pet policy and no confirmed dog-friendly patio, so plan on leaving pets at the RV. Arizona’s heat makes a parked car unsafe for them most of the year.
